Task management is our most developed module and it is deliberately built for one case: daily life in a family with children. Anything that would confuse a child is either hidden or translated into child-friendly language.
Who this module is built for
Built for families where children are meant to take part:
- Parents who want chores shared fairly without reminding everyone every day
- Children old enough to read, who see their own progress and earn rewards
- Younger children in baby mode, who only see pictures, icons and very few tasks
- Blended and separated households where several adults maintain the same tasks
What the module does
Children get a reduced interface: large tiles, clear icons, no menu, no settings. They see their tasks, their points and their rewards – nothing else.
Tasks can be limited to times or days. Outside that window they are hidden completely in kids mode, so children never see something they cannot do right now.
Every task can award points. You define the rewards yourself – from a movie night to pocket money. Rules decide who may award points, deduct them or release rewards.
Every Monday, every two weeks, the first of the month: you set recurrence in plain words. Behind the scenes it becomes a clean series with exceptions and stand-ins.
Tasks either belong to one person or sit open for everyone. Open tasks go to whoever has time first – ideal for things that simply need doing.
Templates for typical family chores, icons to tap and optional voice input. A first useful task list stands within minutes.
What it is not: not a project management tool with Gantt charts, and not a ticket system. If you plan sprints, you are in the wrong place.
