# ModuNet - Your everyday life. Your possibilities.

> Organise tasks, make family life easier and discover many more possibilities – all in one place.

From family chores to Last War coaching: keep your plans, hobbies and shared activities together with ModuNet.

## Status

The platform runs as a closed alpha with a small group of families, clubs and alliances. Some integrations are finished, others are in progress or still planned – the status on each integration tells you where it stands. There is no open sign-up yet.

## Concept

ModuNet is not a suite with everything switched on at once. The base gives you accounts, organisations, groups, roles and permissions. Everything above that is a standalone integration.

### One base for everything

Account, organisation, groups, roles and permissions are set up once. Every integration builds on that instead of bringing its own user management.

### Switch integrations on one by one

Each organisation activates only what it needs. Anything inactive never shows up in the interface – no clutter, no empty menus.

### Data stays separated

Family, club and alliance run under the same login but do not share a single data field. If you are not meant to see something, you do not see it.

### Cloud or your own server

Hosted by us, or licensed for your own infrastructure – right down to isolated networks without telemetry.

## Audiences

### Families with children

**Task management** — Recurring chores, points and rewards that children grasp on their own. Kids mode shows only what is actually due right now.

### Freelancers and small teams

**Time tracking** — Track project time properly – by hand, or fully automatically from your own dev setup. Reports and exports ready for invoicing.

### Clubs and emergency services

**DroneCast and Payments** — Fire brigades, rescue services and clubs secure drone streams, document operations on maps and collect contributions without paper lists.

### LastWar players and alliances

**LastWar mentoring** — Move forward faster with experienced players instead of guessing.

## Modules

- [Task management](https://modunet.app/en/integrations/task-management/index.md): Tasks, time windows, points and rewards for families, groups, clubs and shared households. Children get age-appropriate views while adults keep an overview. The dashboard shows the family overview, with large avatars, age-appropriate views and automatic return to the person picker.
- [LastWar mentoring](https://modunet.app/en/integrations/lastwar/index.md): Not another tracker. Real, experienced players guide you as mentors with concrete suggestions for hero upgrades, gear, inventory use and squad line-ups.
- [Time tracking](https://modunet.app/en/integrations/time-tracking/index.md): Start and stop manually – or, as a developer, fully automatically: our own npm package DevTracker records working time straight from your dev setup. Reports and exports turn that into the basis for your invoice.
- [DroneCast](https://modunet.app/en/integrations/dronecast/index.md): RTSP streams from DJI drones land automatically in a protected library. Sites are marked on the map and recordings hang off the operation – for coordination during and debriefing afterwards.
- [DroneCast DJI](https://modunet.app/en/integrations/dronecast-dji/index.md): DroneCast DJI connects compatible DJI drones to ModuNet. Devices, telemetry, live video and operation locations come together in one central, role-based interface.
- [Payments](https://modunet.app/en/integrations/payments/index.md): Members pay by QR code or payment link, even just a few euros. One responsible person sees every incoming payment in one place and plans purchases for materials, drinks or infrastructure from it.

## Frequently asked questions

### What state is ModuNet in right now?

ModuNet is in a closed alpha. The platform is under active development and currently runs with a small group of families, clubs and alliances. That is why there is no open sign-up yet – the waitlist lets us tell you as soon as we open up.

### Do I have to use every integration?

No. Each organisation activates only the integrations it needs. Anything inactive never appears in the interface – neither in the menu nor in the settings.

### Can I run several organisations from one account?

Yes. Family, club and alliance run under the same login. Their data stays completely separate, and each organisation has its own integrations, roles and members.

### What does ModuNet cost?

Task management costs €2.95 per person or €9.99 per organisation each month. An organisation licence covers all members in their shared context. Other prices and trials are on the pricing page.

### Is kids mode genuinely safe for children?

Children only ever see their own tasks, points and rewards. Tasks outside their time window are hidden completely, administrative areas are out of reach for them and settings can only be changed by adults.

### Can I host ModuNet myself?

Yes. Alongside the managed cloud there is an on-premises licence with images and automation. For sensitive areas such as DroneCast it also runs in isolated networks without an internet connection.

### What about data protection and GDPR?

ModuNet is developed and operated in Germany. Data is separated per organisation, telemetry can be switched off, and where that is not enough there is the on-premises option.
